Plane Carrying Pete Hegseth Forced to Touch Down in UK Because of Fracture in Cockpit Window

A plane carrying Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an unscheduled landing in the UK on Wednesday following a fracture was found in the plane's windshield, per an official statement which verified that the secretary was unharmed.

"The plane landed following standard procedures and everyone onboard, such as Pete Hegseth, is secure," a press officer stated in a online announcement.

He was traveling back from a brief trip to Brussels at the time.

This incident is not the first time that a United States armed forces jet carrying a senior official has suffered mechanical issues.

Months ago, a US Air Force plane transporting Marco Rubio to the city in Germany was forced to head back to Washington after experiencing a mechanical problem.
